Kurren is one of the Managing Directors at Tactus Capital focusing on M&A, B-BBEE ownership transactions, company valuations, debt and equity capital raisings, restructuring, and cross-border M&A. Before founding Tactus Capital, Kurren was an Associate Director at PwC Corporate Finance and spent 15 years at the PwC Corporate Finance team focusing on local and international M&A. Kurren has 25 years of M&A experience with a deal track record exceeding R45 billion.
